Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please e-mail your request to for return approval within 30 days of your purchase, or call 1-855-774-5263. If your return is approved we will provide you with an e-mailed, printable USPS packing slip – making your return process easy and FREE.

Typically, product returns must be in the same physical condition as received and in the original packaging since our products are consumable. However, we will accept returns, with good reason, even if the product is opened (ie: vape cartridge clogging, failed battery, etc.). We will also accept returns on used / opened products if you have a doctors note or proof of allergy/negative reaction to any of our products. Please check the ingredient list before purchasing.


Shipping Damage:

All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your package. Please contact us via email and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping so we can facilitate a return label and a replacement at no cost to you.
