A: The most effective way to use our Lunar gummies is to thoroughly chew one or two gummies about 30-45 minutes before bedtime. with or without food. New users start with 1 gummy and increase by .5 as needed. We do not suggest more than 2 gummies per night. We recommend chewing your LUNAR gummies for 30-60 seconds before swallowing to help with better absorption.
