Due to Δ8 either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, D8 products do not ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, New York, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.
