CBD Vape Oil from Exotic Indoor Flower
Our CBD vape oil is crafted in small batches from authentic live resin (Pure GOLD) with real cannabis terpenes that are preserved from the original flower. We also offer our pure distillate (PJ Pure) with natural botanical terpenes that mimic popular strains, creating a fruity or distinct aromatic profile.
Primary Jane CBD vape oil products are lab-tested for a full panel of contaminants and cannabinoid potency to ensure quality and satisfaction. Visit our article on understanding & analyzing CBD and THC lab results to learn more. We grow our flowers indoors without the need for pesticides, here in the USA.
Why Choose Pure Gold Live Resin?
Virtually all other CBD/hemp brands today focus on marketing their product as “live resin” when it is made as inexpensive and easy as possible. That is why most other live resins sold in the CBD and hemp-derived THC market are not really live resin at all, but rather “live resin” terpenes that are extracted from hemp flower and added back to their oil or distillate. Either that, or there is only a small amount of authentic live resin mixed into their product. Visit our blog if you want to learn more about how to use a live resin vape pen.
Live resin terpenes are terpenes that are pulled out of oil from fresh frozen plants during the extraction process (we sell some of these strains under our CBD distillate vapes and titled them “live canna”). While terpenes are valuable, this does not make the product live resin, and the aroma/effects will not be the same. We have seen some instances of others selling products that do have a small percentage of real live resin, but that percentage is somewhere in the 10% or less range.
PJ PURE | FULL SPECTRUM CBD VAPE OIL
Our small-batch, hand-crafted full spectrum CBD distillate vapes are available with “live” canna terpenes, meaning they contain beneficial terpenes that are extracted from top-shelf hemp strains. We extract the terpenes from real strains almost immediately post-harvest (or after flash freezing the plants), adding these terpenes to our full spectrum CBD oil makes for a true canna/hemp experience. This gives our CBD vape pens more potent effects than other brands on the market and provides a truly unique vaping experience. We also offer botanical strains (plant-derived and blended to resemble popular strains) for a more fruity or flavorful aroma.

What You Need to Know About CBD Vape Oils
What is It?
CBD vape oil, not to be confused with CBD vape juice or e-liquid, is a specially formulated type of CBD oil designed for use in a vape pen. Unlike traditional CBD oil that is consumed orally, CBD vape oil and vape juice are heated and inhaled through a vaporizing device. This method allows for CBD to be absorbed rapidly into the bloodstream via the lungs, providing quicker effects compared to other CBD consumption methods. Vape juice is typically made from CBD extract, which can be isolated or full-spectrum, mixed with a carrier liquid like vegetable glycerin (VG) or propylene glycol (PG) to create a smooth vapor when heated. Primary Jane does not sell CBD vape juice or e-liquid, as our extracts are all pure plant-derived distillates and live resin with no cuts or carriers.
Types of CBD Vape Oils
CBD vape oils can be classified into several types based on their formulation and the type of CBD extract they contain:
- Full-Spectrum CBD Vape Juice: Contains the complete range of cannabinoids, terpenes, and other beneficial compounds found in the cannabis plant. These compounds work together in what is known as the entourage effect, potentially enhancing the oil’s overall therapeutic benefits.
- Broad-Spectrum CBD Vape Oil: Similar to full-spectrum oils, but with all traces of THC removed. This type is ideal for those who want the benefits of the entourage effect without any THC.
- CBD Isolate Vape Juice: Made from 99% pure CBD, with all other cannabinoids and compounds removed. This type is best for individuals who wish to consume CBD exclusively, without other cannabinoids or terpenes. This product is typically less effective, some users have even called it a “placebo”.
- Terpene-Infused CBD Vape Oil: This type incorporates specific terpenes extracted from cannabis or other botanical sources (to mimic popular cannabis strains’ aroma and flavor profiles), potentially offering tailored effects such as focus, sleepy, calm, creative, happy, etc.
The Effects & Benefits of CBD Vape Oil
CBD vape oils are sought after for their potential to provide rapid relief and relaxation. The effects of vaping CBD can be felt within minutes, making it a preferred choice for those seeking quick benefits. Users report a variety of effects, including reduced anxiety, improved mood, enhanced calmness, and relief from pain and inflammation. The benefits of CBD vape oils are attributed to CBD’s interaction with the body’s endocannabinoid system, which helps regulate balance and homeostasis. It’s important to note that individual experiences with CBD can vary, and its efficacy is subject to ongoing research.
How to Use a CBD Vape Kit
Using a CBD vape kit is a straightforward process that involves a few simple steps:
- Choose Your CBD Vape Oil: Select a vape oil that suits your preferences and needs, considering the types and flavors available.
- Prepare Your Vape Pen: If you’re using a refillable vape pen, make sure it’s charged and clean. Fill the tank with your chosen CBD vape oil following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Heat and Inhale: Turn on your vape pen (some devices require pressing a button, while others are draw-activated). Take a slow, steady draw from the mouthpiece, inhaling the CBD vapor into your lungs. Hold for a few seconds, then exhale.
- Adjust Dosage as Needed: Start with small puffs and gradually increase your dosage as you become familiar with how CBD affects you. It’s essential to listen to your body and adjust accordingly.
- Maintenance: Regularly clean your vape pen and replace parts as needed to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
Remember, the effectiveness of CBD vape juice and the ideal dosage can vary from person to person. It’s recommended to start low and go slow, especially if you’re new to vaping CBD.
FAQs on CBD Vape Juice
How much CBD should I vape?
The ideal amount of CBD to vape varies from person to person, depending on factors like body weight, desired effects, and individual tolerance. Start with a low dose (such as 1 to 2 mg of CBD) and gradually increase by 5 mg intervals as needed until you find a dose that works for you. It’s important to monitor how you feel after each session, as vaping CBD allows for quick absorption and faster effects compared to other methods.
Do CBD vape oils contain nicotine?
No, CBD vape oils typically do not contain nicotine. They are designed to deliver cannabidiol (CBD) to the body through inhalation and are made from hemp extract mixed with a carrier liquid. However, it’s always important to read product labels or consult with the manufacturer to ensure the product meets your requirements, especially if you’re avoiding nicotine.
Can you mix CBD oil with e-liquid?
It’s not recommended to mix CBD oil intended for oral consumption with e-liquid due to differences in their formulations. CBD vape oil, on the other hand, is winterized for removal of waxes and cuticle parts, so technically it could be mixed with CBD juice or CBD e-liquid, but it is not ideal unless you have experience and proper lab mixing equipment. Mixing standard CBD oil with e-liquid could lead to an unpleasant experience and could potentially harm your vaporizer, and you. Always use products as directed and choose CBD oils or e-liquids intended for vaping.
Do CBD Vape Liquid or Oil Products Get You High?
CBD vape liquids made from hemp typically will not get you high. Hemp-derived CBD products contain less than 0.3% THC, which is not enough to produce intoxicating effects. CBD is non-psychoactive, meaning it does not affect your mind or mental processes in the way THC does. That being said, some full spectrum products contain higher that 0.3% levels of THCA, which may produce psychoactive effects when heated. The primary effects of isolate and broad spectrum CBD vape juice are usually associated with relaxation and relief from discomfort without the high associated with cannabis.
What’s the difference between vaping CBD and vaping THC?
The key difference between vaping CBD and THC lies in their effects. CBD (Cannabidiol) is non-psychoactive and is sought after for its potential therapeutic benefits, such as reducing anxiety, pain, and inflammation, without producing a high. THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol), on the other hand, is psychoactive and is responsible for the euphoric high associated with marijuana. Vaping CBD is generally used for wellness purposes, while vaping THC is often for recreational or medicinal use that involves psychoactive effects.
It’s also worth noting the emergence of Delta 8 vapes, which contain Delta 8 THC, a cannabinoid similar to Delta 9 THC (the most commonly known form of THC) but with milder psychoactive effects. Delta 8 THC offers a middle ground between CBD and Delta 9 THC, providing some of the psychoactive effects of THC with a reduced risk of anxiety and paranoia for some users.
